What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You may pay for your order using a credit or debit card, including: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, and UnionPay®.

At checkout, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, and security code.

We also accept payments via PayPal® and Apple Pay®.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ROOTS MALLORCA, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Before returning any item, please email us at sales@rootsmallorca.com with the subject line “Return / Exchange” and include the reason for your request so we can assess the situation and assist you with the process.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
